SO this is more of... history stuff, but;
I had an idea that Owlpelt had a temporary lover in one of the other clans. Like they met in secret every night... fell in love; they even spoke about having kits.
They talked about splitting the kits up when weaned... and sneak 'em in to the clans.
BUT a border skirmish in the past ruins everything.
Her clan and his clan had a battle... and Owlpet and his sweetheart met in the midst of the fighting. Owlpelt putting his clan before her (as well as making his clan think nothing was wrong), attacked her.
After all was said and done, she was angry... and he was torn. And they broke up, never to see the other again.
